Hexit Terms of Use

These Terms govern the Hexit Android app for Solana Seeker, package com.hexit.seeker, and its game, leaderboard and notification services, published by Digital Chocolate ("we", "us"). They apply specifically to this Hexit app. By using Hexit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility and guest access

You must have reached the age of majority where you live and be legally permitted to use Hexit. You may play without connecting a wallet. Protect your device and guest session: clearing app data, uninstalling or losing the session can remove access to previous runs. Cross-device guest recovery is not currently available.

2. Gameplay and virtual credits

Hexit is an arcade prediction game with three-minute runs. You use virtual credits to select future price and time ranges on a hexagonal board. Results and scores are calculated by the game server using the game's rules and observed market feed. Credits and displayed multipliers are game mechanics, not assets or promises of financial returns.

Gameplay uses ordinary server infrastructure. Virtual entries are not blockchain transactions. The SOL/USD and BTC/USD board prices are public exchange prices supplied through Coinbase and Kraken; Hexit does not execute trades or provide exchange, brokerage, custody or investment services.

Prices may differ between exchanges and may be delayed. If the server detects an unavailable feed or a source change, open entries are refunded in virtual credits and new entries pause until prices recover. The run clock can continue during a feed interruption. Service interruptions can end a run after refunding its open virtual entries. No real money is owed for lost virtual credits or interrupted gameplay.

3. Optional paid leaderboard submission

To publish an eligible completed score, connect a supported Solana wallet and approve the submission transaction shown in the app and your wallet. The current submission fee is 0.01 SOL (10,000,000 lamports), paid on mainnet to:

Your wallet also pays the Solana network transaction fee. Review the amount, recipient and network before approving. A direct transfer outside the app's submission flow may not include the information needed to associate it with your run.

The server publishes a score only after verifying the completed run and the finalized, matching payment. The fee purchases score submission only. It does not buy virtual credits, improve a score, guarantee a rank or entitle you to a prize. Rankings use the best verified submitted score per wallet in the selected period and may change as others submit scores.

Once a valid score has been published, the submission fee is generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by the app. If a payment finalizes but publication fails, contact digitalchocolate@gmail.com with the transaction signature and run details so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. Do not pay a second time merely because confirmation is delayed. Network fees are charged by the network.

4. Wallets and public transactions

Your wallet remains under your control. Hexit does not ask for or store private keys or seed phrases. You authorize connections, signatures and payments in your external wallet. We cannot recover wallet keys or cancel transactions already finalized by Solana.

Wallet addresses, payment amounts and transaction details on Solana are public. Submitted scores and their associated public wallet information are available through the leaderboard service. SOL's market value can change, and wallet, network or service outages can delay submissions.

5. Fair play

Do not manipulate scores or payment proofs, use unauthorized automation or exploits, impersonate other players, interfere with the service or access data you are not entitled to access. We may reject invalid submissions, correct erroneous rankings or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect fair play, security or legal compliance. Contact support if you believe a decision is incorrect.

6. Privacy and notifications

The Hexit Privacy Policy explains guest records, wallet information, service providers, retention and your choices. Cloud notifications are optional and require your in-app choice and Android permission. They may include run completion, score confirmation and Hexit announcements. You can disable them in Hexit or Android settings. Delivery is not guaranteed and should not be relied on to confirm a payment or result.

7. App license and third parties

Digital Chocolate and its licensors retain rights in Hexit's code, branding, artwork, audio and other content. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app under these Terms. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.

External wallets, market-data providers, hosting providers, notification services, Solana and the app store have their own terms and policies. Their services can change or become unavailable. Hexit is published by Digital Chocolate; availability for Solana Seeker does not imply an endorsement by a wallet or market-data provider.

8. Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Hexit is provided "as is" and "as available", without a promise of uninterrupted operation, perfectly accurate market data or a particular game outcome. It is entertainment and does not provide investment advice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees or responsibility for fraud. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Changes and ending use

We may update Hexit, its rules or these Terms. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Any changed submission fee will be shown before you authorize a new payment; it will not alter a payment already approved. You can stop using or uninstall Hexit at any time. Uninstalling does not erase server records or public blockchain transactions; see the privacy policy for deletion requests.
