Delete your data
You are in control of your expedition.
Delete your saved game
Open PenguCrush → Settings → Privacy & play → Delete my save. Confirm once to remove levels, stars, shells, boosters, quests and your unfinished run from this device. This cannot be undone. Unused paid boosters are removed too. Purchase receipt IDs are kept on the installation to prevent a previously delivered pack from being granted twice. This does not delete public leaderboard entries or payment records.
Delete leaderboard data
Open Pack, connect the wallet that submitted the scores, choose Delete my leaderboard data, and confirm. This removes all public score entries for that wallet and revokes its server sessions. Payment receipts remain for purchase support and duplicate-credit prevention; Solana blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be erased. Contact support to request access or discuss any retained information.
Stop cloud notifications
Open Settings → Notifications and switch off both Expedition announcements and Game news. This stops delivery immediately in the app and queues removal of the Firebase token and installation ID. Keep the app installed and reconnect to the internet until its status shows Off. If deletion is pending, the app retries automatically. Firebase can retain data in its systems for up to 180 days after the deletion request succeeds.
After uninstalling
You can remove local data through Android Settings → Apps → PenguCrush → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app. To request deletion of the cloud installation before uninstalling, use the notification controls above while connected. Uninstalling alone is not an immediate deletion request to Firebase.
